This year marks our 44th annual Geranium Heritage House Tour!
Come explore London’s historic Piccadilly neighbourhood in the residential heart of our city. This year's tour will take you into heritage houses along Piccadilly Street between Wellington and Maitland, a neighbourhood of beautifully maintained single-family homes in a variety of styles and ages dating back as far as the mid-1800s. This cozy community has kept its residential character despite being a stone's throw away from busy railroad tracks and the hustle and bustle of Oxford Street. Your ticket includes guided interior tours of seven private heritage homes.
Ticket price also includes refreshments and an informative keepsake guidebook featuring a map of this self-paced walk (approximately 2.5 hours). The Tour starts at Siskinds Law Firm, 680 Waterloo Street (at Pall Mall) where you'll pick up your guidebook. Potted red geraniums donated by Parkway Garden Centre mark the homes open for interior visits - hence the name of our tour! Our 70+ volunteers will welcome you with warm smiles and a treasure trove of knowledge.
Our pop-up shop will have heritage publications available for purchase including Tour guidebooks from previous years so visitors can explore our city’s many other historic neighbourhoods on their own. Proceeds from this event - our signature fundraiser - go towards supporting our London Heritage Scholarship, homeowner restoration grants, and heritage advocacy initiatives.
