Nicole Kovacs, Principal Consultant of Kovacs Group Inc., has experience addressing the complex challenges experienced by local, national and international organizations.
Nicole has a B.A. Honours in History, a post-graduate degree in Training and Organizational Development and a Master’s degree in Business. Nicole is skilled in facilitating robust, comprehensive research and then translating the data into actionable recommendations that serve to enhance communities. Nicole strives to develop evidence-informed strategies and solutions that create lasting social impact.
