Through a combination of presentation, discussion and practical application, this workshop will provide you with the content, resources and tools to measure the impact of your programs, services and organization in a way that is easy to understand and implement. 

This workshop is designed for participants interested in strengthening their capacity to undertake impact evaluation.

Participants will enhance their knowledge of evaluation in the following areas:

  • Terms and concepts in evaluation
  • Planning and implementing impact evaluations
  • Measuring and monitoring outcomes and outputs
  • Tools and resources for measuring impact
  • Using data to inform practice

Target Audience: Executive directors, non-profit leaders, board members, program managers

Level: Beginner - Intermediate 

About the presenter:
Nicole Kovacs, Principal Consultant of Kovacs Group Inc., has experience addressing the complex challenges experienced by local, national and international organizations. 

Nicole has a B.A. Honours in History, a post-graduate degree in Training and Organizational Development and a Master’s degree in Business. Nicole is skilled in facilitating robust, comprehensive research and then translating the data into actionable recommendations that serve to enhance communities.  Nicole strives to develop evidence-informed strategies and solutions that create lasting social impact.  With extensive experience managing multi-method evaluation projects, Nicole is known for her ability to distill complex evaluation frameworks into practical, easy-to-implement strategies.
