COVID-19 restrictions have left everyone feeling like they want to get out of the house. What better way to satisfy that wanderlust, than “travelling” with PHSS Foundation from the comfort of your kitchen while supporting a fantastic cause! Join us for a night of delicious food and fun with two professional chefs from The Culinary Studio!

Registration Deadline: June 1, 2021

Each ticket includes all the fresh, high quality, locally sourced ingredients needed for a full course dinner for four and an interactive virtual cooking class taught by two Red Seal Certified Chefs from one of Waterloo Region’s top cooking studios: The Culinary Studio.

Proceeds from the event will go to the Lori Hicks Vacation Fund, which makes it possible for people supported to go on their dream vacations and see the world.

What’s On The Menu?

  • Drink: Mocktail (TBD) – enjoy as is or add your own alcohol for a boozy twist!
  • Appetizer: Gunn’s Hill artisanal cheese with fresh, warm baguette
  • Entrée: Chicken mole, “Bumped Up” beans and rice, fresh pico de gallo, and crispy fried tortillas
  • Dessert: Key lime loaf cake

All ingredients are shipped right to your door the day before the event! Delivery available anywhere in southwestern Ontario and the GTA!
