Executive Director

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a digital health venture into the next chapter of its growth. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the strategic direction and operational performance of the organization, building on existing assets and successes to further develop the company. Leading four teams (client engagement & partnership development, information management, data collection and web development), the Executive Director will provide vision and oversee all functions of the company.

Key responsibilities:
• Creates the multi-year strategic plan and the annual operational plan
• Leads the teams in maintaining and enhancing core service offerings
• Identifies new markets and leads the development of products and services for them
• Develops annual budgets and oversees fiscal management
• Supervises all marketing, engagement and partnership activities, including website, social media and collateral material content
• Responsible for government and stakeholder relations
• Oversees all human resources activities including recruitment, coaching, performance management, training and development
• Liaises with the Board of Directors

• 5-10 years leadership experience
• Experience in a non-profit, health and/or technology setting
• Extensive knowledge of the Ontario health care system
• BA or advanced degree in business, management, marketing or related field
• Experience leading technology workers an asset
• Strategic planning capability
• Fiscal management expertise
• New product/service development experience
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work within an entrepreneurial organization
• Excellent communications skills
• Marketing communications expertise
