Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources
- Certified Human Resources Professional Designation
- Minimum five years of experience in the field of People Services
- Minimum two years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role
- Minimum one year of experience in a high volume recruitment setting

- Is proficient with software applications and database administration
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the organization and child care/early years sector, to ensure all LCC programs and services are effectively staffed
- Ensure effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, through active involvement and collaboration with team members and others
- Provide ongoing support, feedback, and guidance, in accordance with human resources legislation, to team members and others, using a relational/strengths based approach
- Oversee the human resources information system, ensuring data accuracy
- Coordinate and/or participate in People and Culture related meetings/strategic sessions
- Collaborate with colleagues and others, to achieve results that align with the guiding principles of the organization
- Represent London Children’s Connection in the community, building positive relationships to support our mission
