Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m., flexible to align work schedule with program requirements which will include some evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays

JOB SUMMARY:
The Registered Early Childhood Educator(RECE) will work as part of the EarlyON team to develop and deliver a culturally enriched, Oneida-based early years curriculum. They will create a child and family learning environment aligned with Ontario's "How Does Learning Happen?" pedagogy. The RECE will provide developmentally appropriate curriculum and programs that meet the needs of children aged 0 to 5, families, and the community.
EDUCATION:
- Early Childhood Education Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institute and enrollment with the College of RECE; OR
- Registration in an ECE diploma program with an expected completion date within 2 years.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 years experience working with children and families is considered an asset.
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain.

REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO STARTING EMPLOYMENT:
