Board Member Recruitment 

Craigwood Children, Youth and Family Services (CYS) is a fully accredited, licensed, not-for-profit children’s mental health provider. We are seeking new Board Members to help shape, lead and advance our goals to serve the needs of children, youth and families in the London-Middlesex region.

Craigwood is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors providing a broad range of expertise and perspectives on behalf of the communities we serve. The Board functions under a policy governance model with primary responsibility to provide strategic advice, governance and financial oversight for the organization.

Our Strategic Priorities for 2019-2022 are:

  • Position Craigwood for greater impact
  • Improve client experiences and positive outcomes
  • Improve talent acquisition, retention and leadership

 

Board Member Expertise

 The Board is currently looking for individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Commitment to the mission and vision of CYS
  • Finance and accounting
  • Strategic thinking
  • Leadership, management and entrepreneurship
  • Legal matters
  • Board and/or committee experience
