Position Description

At S.W.I.M we are committed to providing positive programs that empower single mothers to control their destiny by working towards developing their full financial, emotional, personal growth, self-worth, and intellectual potential through our various counselling and training programs.

As a Child Care Volunteer, you would:

  • Assist in providing care, activities, and snacks while mothers take part in S.W.I.M programs or take a much-needed ME- day!
  • The longer of a time commitment you can provide, the better. We are looking for volunteers who can commit at least one day a week (minimum of 4 hours) of the 3 days we are open. (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Skills Preferred

Previous experience working in child care setting is an asset
