WILL Immploy, a project of WILL Employment Solutions,is seeking volunteer mentors with at least three years of Canadian experience and currently working in the Health Care - General Practioner & Specialist Physician field.
The WILL Immploy Mentorship program brings together job-ready immigrant talent with volunteer mentors across Southwestern Ontario. The mentorship match is focused on high-level, professional mentorship between a mentor who works in the same field or profession that the mentee is now seeking employment in.
Specific duties:
- Provide a welcoming, open and friendly environment
- Share industry-specific knowledge and expertise
- Provide advice and tips for job searching in Ontario
- Share your pathway and career development story
- Help mentee identify transferable skills
- Assist mentee grow their network and gain better access to the hidden job market
