Actors will do the following tasks: Wear blow up costume for two hours holding a sign and stay on your spot, half way through switch with your partner and stand with them out of costume as their guide and self-taker. This requires being in a blow up costume for two hours at a time without a break.

Island Fest London is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and community-minded volunteers to join our Entertainment Team as Entertainment Assistants. This role is perfect for individuals interested in live events, music, production, artist coordination, and Caribbean culture.
Entertainment Assistants play an important behind-the-scenes role in helping bring the festival experience to life. Working alongside the Entertainment Director and Entertainment Coordinator, volunteers will support performer communications, stage operations, technical setup, and overall entertainment logistics leading up to and during the festival weekend.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on festival experience while contributing to one of London’s growing celebrations of Caribbean culture, music, food, and community.
Pawlooza - Dog Loving Volunteers Needed!
Pawlooza 2026 is seeking volunteers for its dog-friendly community festival on August 15 at the Plunkett Estate in London, Ontario, with additional opportunities available August 14–16 for setup and teardown. The event supports ARF Ontario and LEADS Employment Services, and volunteers can help with activities such as registration, guest greeting, event support, and cleanup.

You are confident building relationships, communicating with businesses, and keeping partnership details organized. You are proactive, professional, and energized by creating meaningful connections between brands, community, and culture.
Operations Assistant
The Operations Assistant supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Island Fest London by helping ensure festival logistics, communication, vendor coordination, and operational details are organized and running smoothly throughout the planning cycle for the next month, leading up to and including the upcoming three event days.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment with multiple moving priorities. The Operations Assistant plays an important behind-the-scenes role in helping the festival team stay aligned, on schedule, and prepared.
