The more effectively a board is run, the more it can contribute to the success of the organization. A highly effective and engaged board has clarity around roles and responsibilities and aligns their work and performance with organizational values and vision. In this workshop, we will explore the characteristics of high-performing boards and how you can enhance the performance of your own board of directors. Through the use of facilitated discussions, this workshop will cover some of the most critical issues in nonprofit governance.
