Zerin Development Corpration (Zerin) is a charitable non-profit developer and manager of affordable housing units in Ontario. Zerin constructed and continues to manage a 40-unit apartment building in Southwest London and we are scheduled to open our second development, a 65-unit apartment building in East London, in September 2021. Both of these developments offer a mix of affordable and market-rate rental units. Zerin has always strived towards creating respectful communities where people live in dignity with hope and joy. This vision still rings true today and drives our team to continue building communities in London where this vision can be brought to life.
