Run for Resilience Foundation
Run for Resilience Foundation is a community-focused initiative created to improve access to mental and physical health care for low-income neurodivergent individuals.
Through inclusive fundraising events like Run for Resilience, the foundation helps reduce financial barriers to care, including psychotherapy, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and ADHD assessment support. The goal is to make affirming, trauma-informed, and person-centred care more accessible for people who may otherwise go without support.
Rooted in neurodiversity, accessibility, and community connection, Run for Resilience Foundation celebrates movement in all forms — running, walking, rolling, volunteering, cheering, fundraising, and showing up together.
Every step helps create a more supportive community where neurodivergent individuals can access the care they need to feel understood, supported, and less alone.
