Simply put Downtown London is two organizations operating with the same broad mandate: the continued improvement of Downtown London. Where the London Downtown Business Association (LDBA) seeks to improve the experience of existing merchants, MainStreet’s goal is to attract new and exciting businesses and investors to Downtown London. MainStreet and the LDBA are both governed by managing boards. The programming is carried out by the Downtown London staff.
