End of Life Doula and Grief Educator

 In this thoughtful and meaningful conersation, Jayne will share insights on how we can better support friends, loved ones, and families during end of life care. She welcomes open dialogue and encourages participants to bring questions, curiosity, and lived experiences to the discussion.


This session is an opportunity to learn, reflect, and build confidence in how we show up for others during times that truly matter.

Program Format:

  • Zoom will open shortly after 6:30 pm to give attendees time to get themselves settled and to network and socialize
  • The speaker will begin at 7:00 pm.
  • Discussion will take place on Chapters 5 and 6 of the book Shift: Managing Your Emotions - So They Don’t Manage You by Ethan Kross.
