Mission Services of London Fall Banquet & Silent Auction

Join Mission Services of London on Nov. 12, 2020 for our Fall Banquet & Silent Auction featuring Inspirational Speaker Guy Felicella.

This year, the event will include a virtual experience and will begin at 5:30 pm with the Virtual Auction and Welcome.

Mission Services of London will be passing along a list of participating restaurants for this year’s event and each guest will be able to order and pay for their own meal directly with the restaurants. This list will come to all registered participants closer to the event date, but in plenty of time to make arrangements.

After Nov. 12, Mission Services of London will be issuing a charitable donation tax receipt for the portion of the $75 event ticket price that is eligible for a tax receipt this year.

We thank you for your ongoing support of individuals and families in need through this event. We know many of you look forward to the Annual Fall Banquet & Silent Auction in your social calendar each year — and we love to host you! We are committed to still delivering this event to you, even if we have to make some changes along the way in order to promote good health and well-being for everyone who will join us. We look forward to connecting with you virtually and hope to be able to return to an in-person format in future years!

About the Speaker: Guy Felicella spent 30 years in addiction, dying and being brought back to life six times when the toxic drug supply hit the streets. With his treacherous journey through substance use and his repeated attempts at detox and treatment, Felicella has become a respected and trusted expert advising on recovery, harm reduction, and eliminating stigma.

Felicella shares his story publicly to provide hope and encouragement. He is a compassionate man who strives to be a loud voice for people who are marginalized, and advocates strongly for the different paths people may take to find recovery.

Funds raised provide treatment and aftercare for men overcoming addiction at Quintin Warner House.

As Mission Service of London’s addiction treatment centre, Quintin Warner House provides a four-month live-in program and aftercare for men. It is a safe and secure place where men can work to overcome addictions, address issues such as trauma histories, restore confidence, and learn important life skills for a different future.
