Interested in getting outside in nature, green exercise, and helping the environment? Look no further! Nature for Nurture is a free program offered in partnership with CMHA Middlesex. It aims to improve the wellbeing of both people and the environment!
Join us for this free bus trip to TTLT's management property, Bebensee Tract where you will enjoy a guided hike in this beautiful Carolinian forest and help monitor the health of the Eastern Flowering Dogwood, a species-at-risk.
This season, we'll be exploring some of London's many parks and natural spaces as well as visiting some of TTLT's properties for guided hikes (mood walks) and hands-on stewardship activities.
