Innovation Works, Pillar Nonprofit Network’s community coworking hub, didn’t appear fully formed. It was shaped by people willing to try something new. Over ten years it has grown through relationships, ideas, risks, and collaboration.
This anniversary celebrates not just what has been built, but what we continue to build together.
Since 2016, thousands of conversations have happened here.
Projects have started at the kitchen table.
Partnerships have formed in hallways.
People have taken risks they might not have taken alone.
More than a look back, this anniversary recognizes the people who planted seeds, the community that tended them, and the work still ahead.

What to expect
Special Edition Salad Club
Our beloved communal lunch returns in anniversary form. Add your touch to the shared bowl. Bring a favourite topping like roasted chickpeas, pickled onions, a special dressing, or veggies. And if you can't this time, no worries — just bring yourself and an appetite.
Sweet treats
Every milestone deserves something sweet to eat. Come hungry for dessert!

As a small token of gratitude, you may leave with a plant friend of your own.
