• Help personalize sponsorship proposals and introductory materials based on a company's interests and potential fit.

• Schedule and support sponsor meetings, calls, presentations, and follow-up communications.

• Track sponsorship discussions, commitments, invoices or payment status, agreements, and outstanding information in coordination with the Sponsorship Lead and Treasurer.

• Help coordinate the collection of sponsor logos, brand assets, promotional requirements, and other materials needed to fulfill sponsorship benefits.

• Support sponsor benefit fulfillment, including social media recognition, signage, booth or activation requirements, media recognition, and other agreed deliverables.

• Assist with sponsor communication before, during, and after the festival, including thank-you communications and post-event follow-up.

• Identify opportunities to renew existing sponsors and develop longer-term corporate relationships.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding sponsor contacts, proposals, negotiations, pricing, business information, and Island Fest internal documents.
