Pumped for Post-Secondary is a unique initiative that pairs high school students with trained College mentors, guiding them throughout the academic year. The program focuses on key developmental assets such as planning and decision-making, self-esteem, sense of purpose, and a positive outlook on their personal future.
As a mentor, you will co-lead a group of high school students at Fanshawe College’s Main Campus. Sessions focus on planning and decision-making, self-esteem, sense of purpose, and helping youth build a positive outlook on their personal future. As a mentor, you will also gain leadership experience, strengthen your facilitation skills, and give back to your community.
Eligibility: mentors must be a Fanshawe College student between the ages of 18 and 28.
