VOLUNTEERS NEEDED — HARVEST FESTIVAL & DOORS OPEN LONDON

The Indigenous Fellowship of Hamilton Road (IFHR) is looking for volunteers to help make our upcoming Harvest Festival, presented in partnership with Doors Open London, a welcoming and successful community event.

Saturday, September 19, 2026
9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

South Branch Park — end of Dillabough Street, London
FREE ENTRY

The day will include Indigenous cultural teachings and experiences, wildlife conservation exhibits, poetry and flute, sacred fire and eagle feather teachings, family activities, street rods, a community supper, an IFHR draw, vendors, and an evening showing of Indian Horse.

We are looking for volunteers who can assist throughout the day with areas such as:

• Event setup and cleanup
• Welcoming and directing guests
• Supporting activity and teaching areas
• Community supper preparation and service
• Vendor and event support
• General event assistance
• Evening movie-night setup

Whether you can help for a couple of hours or stay for a larger portion of the day, every volunteer makes a difference.

This is a wonderful opportunity to support Indigenous-led community programming, meet people from across London, and help create a day centred on culture, learning, connection, and community.
