The Future of Work: Flexibility Within a Framework

Navigating the COVID-19 pandemic and its aftermath is one of the biggest organizational challenges of our time. To keep operations going, many nonprofits and social enterprises adopted new ways of working that left their offices empty. Other front line organizations had to find innovative ways to continue to support clients, communities and colleagues

More than a year and half later, the world looks much different. As some organizations begin to think about coming back to the office and others are surging back, management teams and boards have much to consider while  leading their organizations through these fast-moving changes. They need to think critically about the development and execution of their return-to-office plans. Because the risks COVID-19 poses continue to evolve, nonprofits will need to maintain flexibility in how they reshape the future of work.

In this workshop we will learn more about:

  • Developing and implementing your return to the workplace plan

  • Return-to-work models, the future of your workplace

  • Preparing the workforce

  • Recognizing and responding to COVID fatigue in the workplace

We will have an opportunity to explore frequently asked questions and time for an open discussion.
