Data Quality Analyst

Who We Are:
Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN) coordinates access to services and supports for adults with
developmental disabilities across the Southwest region of Ontario. For children and youth with complex needs, CSCN
works alongside families to help coordinate supports and services. Through connection, collaboration, and
engagement, CSCN staff partner with individuals, families, service providers, and community organizations to support
families and individuals in understanding and connecting with services and supports.

Who You Are:
You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new tasks and adjust to changing priorities. You
enjoy working with others and communicating clearly, while also bringing a creative mindset and fresh ideas. You
have strong digital and technical skills and are comfortable using Excel, Power BI and a provincial database. Most
importantly, you are a positive problem solver who approaches challenges with curiosity and a proactive, solutionsfocused mindset.

This is an 8-week summer student contract position funded by Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ). To be eligible, candidates
must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment; be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or
have refugee status; and be legally entitled to work in Canada with a valid Social Insurance Number.

What You Will Do:
The Data Quality Analyst will support both Developmental Service Ontario – Southwest Region by assisting with
special projects and related administrative responsibilities. Their duties will involve providing administrative support
for project activities, which may include data entry, reviewing and validating data entries for accuracy and
completeness, identifying and correcting inconsistencies in the database, assisting in standardizing data formats
according to provincial guidelines, documenting changes and maintaining clear records, and providing support in
generating reports and summaries from cleaned data. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

We Offer:

hourly rate of $18.60 and a 35-hour work week. This work can be completed remotely if a candidate does not reside
near one of the DSO SWR offices in London, Stratford, Owen Sound, or Windsor.
