Who We Are:
Community Services Coordination Network (CSCN) coordinates access to services and supports for adults with developmental disabilities across the Southwest region of Ontario. For children and youth with complex needs, CSCN works alongside families to help coordinate supports and services. Through connection, collaboration, and engagement, CSCN staff partner with individuals, families, service providers, and community organizations to support families and individuals in understanding and connecting with services and supports.

Who You Are:
You are adaptable and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new tasks and adjust to changing priorities. You enjoy working with others and communicating clearly, while also bringing a creative mindset and fresh ideas. You have basic digital and technical skills and are comfortable using common tools and technology. Most importantly, you are a positive problem solver who approaches challenges with curiosity and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. This is an 8-week summer student contract position funded by Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ). To be eligible, candidates must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment; be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee status; and be legally entitled to work in Canada with a valid Social Insurance Number.

What You Will Do:
The Project Administration Officers will support both the Passport Program and the Children’s Services Program by assisting with special projects and related administrative responsibilities. Their duties will involve providing administrative support for project activities, which may include data entry, completing templates, scanning documents, and maintaining electronic filing systems. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

We Offer:
You will work in a human-centred workplace that fosters staff growth and continuous learning. The position offers an hourly rate of $18.60 and a 35-hour work week (8-week contract). The work location is 171 Queens Ave, London, ON.
