Responsibilities:

Support the management and tracking of the event budget

Record and organize expenses, revenues, invoices, and financial documentation

Assist with preparing financial summaries and reports

Monitor spending and help identify budget considerations

Collaborate with coordinators to track department-related expenses

Maintain organized financial records and documentation

Support financial reporting and post-event reconciliation processes
Skills & Experience:

Interest or experience in accounting, finance, budgeting, nonprofit operations, or event management

Degree in Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial records

Ability to maintain accurate and confidential information

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with budgeting software or financial tools is an asset
