Responsibilities:

Support community outreach and engagement efforts

Build relationships with local organizations, community groups, and partners

Assist with attending or coordinating community events and outreach opportunities

Help create welcoming and inclusive experiences for attendees and participants

Gather community feedback and identify opportunities for stronger engagement

Assist with post-event storytelling, impact highlights, and community updates

Support communications that showcase the people and stories behind the event
Skills & Experience:

Interest or experience in community engagement, outreach, advocacy, communications, or event planning

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and active listening abilities

Awareness of accessibility, inclusion, and diverse community perspectives

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage outreach activities

Confidence speaking with community members, organizations, and partners
