PRE FESTIVAL:
• Assist with performer and entertainer correspondence and follow-up communications.
• Support planning and coordination for festival entertainment programming and afterparty.
• Liaise with the Entertainment Director regarding performer schedules, technical needs, and logistics.
• Help organize performer information, schedules, and entertainment documentation.
• Attend planning meetings and assist with entertainment preparation tasks as needed.
• Support entertainment execution planning for both the main stage and secondary entertainment areas.

FESTIVAL WEEKEND (July 24, 25, 26)
• Assist with sound system and technical equipment setup and tear down.
• Help coordinate performer sound checks and stage preparation.
• Support stage management and performer transitions.
• Assist with entertainment coordination at both the main stage and secondary entertainment areas.
• Communicate with performers, DJs, MCs, and technical teams throughout the event.
• Help ensure entertainment areas remain organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
• Provide general entertainment and production support wherever needed.
• Assist with other entertainment-related tasks as assigned by the Entertainment Director.
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and community-focused environment for performers, volunteers, and attendees.

Required Qualifications/Training: 
Training and orientation will be provided by the Entertainment Director at the beginning of the volunteer term to ensure all volunteers feel prepared and supported in their role.
Skills Preferred: 
Strong communication and teamwork skills Organized and dependable Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Ability to multitask and adapt quickly Comfortable standing for extended periods
Additional Opportunity Information: 
Combination of virtual coordination and in-person festival support Approximately 2–4 volunteer hours per week leading up to the festival Evening and weekend availability may occasionally be required Outdoor festival environment during event days Fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere
