• Support the planning and execution of festival marketing campaigns
• Create and schedule engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Assist with caption writing, reels, promotional graphics, and community engagement
• Support marketing strategies that increase attendance and community engagement
• Assist with sponsor, vendor, and community partner promotional collaborations
• Support on-site marketing activations and live event coverage
• Assist with email marketing, calendars, and campaign organization
• Maintain organized digital marketing files and campaign tracking

Required Qualifications/Training:

Skills Preferred: 
Required: Strong communication and creative writing skills Experience with social media platforms and content creation Ability to manage multiple priorities on various social media platforms Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Preferred: Previous event or festival coordination experience, Familiarity with editing tools, Strong organizational and time management skills, Social media coordination or content support experience, Familiarity with multicultural environments
Additional Opportunity Information: 
• Flexible scheduling leading up to festival dates • Evening and weekend availability during event periods • Social media and on-site event support • Fast-paced event environment requiring adaptability and professionalism • Some physical activity may be required on event days (a lot of walking around filming etc) This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, community engagement, social media strategy, and live event promotion while contributing to meaningful cultural experiences.
