Crouch Neighbourhood Resource Centre is collaborating with Glen Cairn Community Resource Centre and Chelsea Green Church to organize a Hot Meal Program. This program aims to provide a welcoming indoor space where community members can enjoy a warm, nutritious meal every Monday. We are seeking passionate individuals to help transport meals for the Hot Meal Program from Glen Cairn to Chelsea Green Church, while ensuring timely and safe delivery.
Report to: Program Coordinator and Glen Cairn Social Programs Manager.
Commitment: Every Monday
Key Tasks
- Use a personal vehicle to transport meals.
- Ensure meals are handled safely and delivered on time.
- Communicate any delays, issues, or feedback to the program coordinator. Return the food containers back to Glen Cairn at the end of each meal day.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Possess valid Driver's license and insurance
- Vulnerable Sector Check clearance
- Clean driving record
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 20 kg (if required)
