Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photo and video content during events and activities

Document workshops, panels, vendors, speakers, attendees, and behind-the-scenes moments

Edit and organize photo and video assets for promotional and reporting purposes

Support social media content creation and post-event storytelling

Assist with creating highlight reels, recap videos, and visual summaries

Help manage media equipment and ensure files are organized and accessible

Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to capture important stories and moments

Skills & Experience:

Experience in photography, videography, filmmaking, content creation, or related fields

Familiarity with photo and video editing software and tools

Strong visual storytelling skills and creative perspective

Ability to capture authentic moments and engage with event participants

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate with a creative team in a fast-paced environment
