Festival Operations and Coordination
• Support day-to-day festival planning and operational coordination
• Assist with tracking timelines, deliverables, and operational checklists
• Help maintain visibility on outstanding tasks and follow-up items
• Support setup and coordination of meetings, logistics, and event preparation activities
• Assist with festival documentation, permits, forms, and organizational records

Vendor and Partner Coordination
• Assist with vendor communication and follow-up
• Track vendor applications, contracts, insurance, payments, and operational requirements
• Help coordinate vendor placement and logistical needs
• Support sponsor and community partner coordination as assigned

Event Logistics
• Assist with setup planning, signage coordination, and operational readiness
• Support coordination of supplies, equipment, and festival materials
• Help troubleshoot operational issues during festival preparation and event days
• Assist with on-site event coordination as required

Administrative Support
• Assist with email communication, follow-up, and information tracking
• Prepare meeting notes and support accountability tracking
• Maintain organized digital files and operational documents
• Support social media or promotional coordination as assigned

Volunteer and Team Support
• Assist with volunteer coordination and communication
• Support scheduling, tracking, and organization of volunteer assignments
• Help ensure teams have the information and materials needed for event execution
