This session will help board members gain a better understanding of their financial stewardship responsibilities and give them a starting point for comprehending key financial data.

Managing the Nonprofit

  • Understanding financial statements
  • Creating a budget
  • Board and management reporting
  • Investment management

Level: Beginner-Intermediate

Target Audience: Board Members, Executive Directors, board support staff and those interested in learning about becoming a volunteer board member
