CharACTer Curtain Calls

The mission of CharACTer Curtain Calls is to advance education in the field of dramatic arts, by offering structured classes and events to children and youth, and by providing opportunities for these students to publicly exhibit, present, or perform dramatic works to develop their skills in conjunction with these learning activities.  We were incorporated as a not-for-profit on August 27, 2015 and we received our charitable status on May 10, 2016.  Currently, we offer weekly sessions for children in Grades 2-3,  Grades 4-6, and Grades 7-9 at the Elgin Theatre Guild's Princess Ave Playhouse in St. Thomas.  The final production for the Gr.2-3 group will take place at the Elgin Theatre Guild's Princess Ave Playhouse in St. Thomas on January 26, 2019.  The final performances for the Gr. 4-6 group will take place March 29 and 30 at the Princess Ave Playhouse, while the Gr. 7-9 group performs at the Port Stanley Festival Theatre on April 11, 12, and 13.   CharACTer Curtain Calls is a 100% volunteer-run organization.
