Grand Avenue Children's Centre was first developed in 1989 to assist parents in the education and nurturance of their preschool children and has developed into a inclusive and diversified non profit licensed child care centre for all families and childrenat that values and collobrates with them for their own individual needs . Grand Avenue Children's Centre has a Board of Directors consisting of parents within the centre and professionals in the community.
