We’re inviting you to join us at our first in-person workshop session for our Environmental Forum!
This session we will be exploring how organizations can effectively implement an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) strategy in the workspace.
On Friday November 26 at 1:00pm, we will be holding a session on EDI in the Environmental Sector, which will focus on how organizations can incorporate an EDI strategy in the workplace. Find out what you can do to create an inclusive environment for your employees and the public.
Our guest speaker this session will be Dharshi Lacey, Director, Equity, Inclusion & Governance at Pillar Nonprofit Network. Dharshi has worked for over 20 years in the nonprofit sector, and has many years of experience in Inclusion and Equity Work. She has facilitated sessions with boards and organizations to help them embed an inclusive lens in their leadership and operational work. You won’t want to miss hearing her presentation!
LOCATION:
This workshop will be held on Friday November 26th, at 1:00pm. The event will be in-person at the Volunteer Training Centre located at the Westminster Ponds Centre. Spacing and social distancing protocols will be implemented and followed accordingly.
Free food will be provided!
