1. There was a problem with the "primary contact" also needing the relationship "employee of", because the relationship permissions were not working with only the "primary contact" set. This may not be an issue anymore, now that individuals do not have drupal logins (only the org has a drupal login).
2. If the CEO and the primary contact are the same person, two records will be created, and the second one will cause an error message to say the person is already registered. It is safe to ignore this message and continue.
An enhancement would be to add more logic to the page: put a checkbox by the CEO for "this is the primary contact", and then either hide the fields for PC (and make them unrequired) or show the fields.
