What do you want people to know about how you or your organization is creating change in our community?
Bluepoint Public Relations is built on a commitment to inclusive and trauma-informed communications, breaking down historical barriers to service, and giving back to our community. We offer tiered pricing to meet a variety of budgets and offer not-for-profit discounts. We also volunteer our time to work with under-resourced organizations working with equity-seeking groups who request our support.
What are you working on that you would like to share with the community?
For the past 2 years, our team has been volunteering to support Inspire, a fundraising event for the Sexual Assault Survivors Centre Sarnia-Lambton. This event celebrates our different intersectionalities during a day filled with connection, shopping, and inspirational guest speakers. The event takes place on the last Saturday in May each year. This year's guests were Trans Fashion Icon Jamie Pandit and Rancher Laurel Ysebaert.
Please share with us why you are a Pillar Nonprofit Network Member. What have you gained from being a Pillar Member?
We are new to the Pillar family and joined because we are a social enterprise whose team believes deeply in giving back to our community. We work to support many non-profits, social enterprises, and startups and Pillar Nonprofit seemed like a great community to be a part of where we could connect with other social entrepreneurs and share our skills to support in the success of its members. We look forward to learning more about Pillar as we continue on in our membership!
