These are our Learning Community Agreements for this event. By registering for this event you are consenting to these agreements.

- Lean into your own discomfort
- Challenge each other with care and compassion and respect established boundaries
- Expect and accept non-closure
- Acknowledge we are all on a journey and part of the journey is growth
- Respect Confidentiality and Consent
Please note that if we feel that questions or comments are disruptive in any way we may move the individual into a room with one of my pillar colleagues to continue the conversation there. A determination would then be made about a return to the workshop.
