- Providing strategic direction and oversight
- Ensuring effective governance and compliance
- Collaborating with fellow board members and organizational leadership
- Representing the organization positively and professionally
Qualifications:

- A passion for our organization's mission, vision and values
- We are looking for board members with a vast array of expertise. Experience in financial and managerial accounting, human resources, or retail leadership is an asset.
- Leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- A commitment to attend board meetings and engage in board activities

HFHHO serves families from the geographic regions of Brant, Elgin, Middlesex, Norfolk, Oxford and Perth. By fostering diversity within our board, we enhance our understanding of the unique needs of HFHHO families and broaden our reach to volunteers, partners, and resources essential for our mission.
