- strong computer skills
- strong written and verbal communication skills (English is required; Arabic, Spanish or Ukrainian is an asset)
- compassion, empathy and patience
- ability to commit to at least 8 hours per week per week between mid-October to mid-December and one training session
- volunteers report to Christmas Assistance Program Application Lead and/or Program Coordinator
- Volunteers will work remotely at home or in office (London Community Services, 310 Vesta Road, London, ON).
- Volunteer role will require periods of sitting, typing, and talking on the telephone.
- Volunteers will be asked to commit to at least two 3-4 hour shifts per week starting mid-October to mid-December; volunteers are very welcome to contribute as much time as they desire to this role.
