Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and engage potential sponsors, donors, and community partners.

  • Represent SWIM at professional, community, and fundraising events.

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and hosting fundraising initiatives.

  • Track donor communications, pledges, and fund utilization to maintain transparency and accountability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters to foster long-term engagement.

  • Supervise or coordinate volunteers involved in fundraising activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience or strong interest in fundraising, community engagement, or public relations.

  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

  • Self-starter, reliable, and adaptable to travel or event schedules.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting SWIM’s mission.

  • Comfort representing a nonprofit organization in professional and public settings.
