WILL Immploy, a project of WILL Employment Solutions is seeking volunteer mentors with at least three years of Canadian experience and currently working in the Project management field. Manufacturing, Landscape or Construction industry.
The WILL Immploy Mentorship program brings together job-ready immigrant talent with volunteer mentors across Southwestern Ontario. The mentorship match is focused on high-level, professional mentorship between a mentor who works in the same field or profession that the mentee is now seeking employment in.
Specific duties:
- Provide a welcoming, open and friendly environment
- Share industry-specific knowledge and expertise
- Provide advice and tips for job searching in Ontario
- Share your pathway and career development story
- Help mentee identify transferable skills
- Assist mentee grow their network and gain better access to the hidden job market
