In this role, you will support the development and management of sponsor and community partnerships. You will help identify potential partners, communicate our vision and opportunities, coordinate sponsor deliverables, and ensure our supporters feel valued throughout the event experience.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential sponsors, community partners, and collaborators
- Support outreach and relationship-building with sponsors and partners
- Assist with securing financial support and in-kind contributions
- Help manage sponsor agreements, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate sponsor recognition opportunities before, during, and after events

Skills & Experience:

- Interest or experience in sponsorship, fundraising, partnerships, communications, or community engagement

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable with professional outreach and relationship-building

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to collaborate with a team and manage multiple deadlines
