Summer Soccer Day Camp Volunteer: 2026

About the position:  As a Camp Volunteer, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, active, and positive camp environment. Volunteers can select from the following session options:

• -Morning session: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (15 hours/week)
• -Afternoon session: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (15 hours/week)
• -Full-day session: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (35 hours/week)

Volunteers may assist with a variety of tasks, including:

• -Supporting staff in coaching and supervising children
• -Helping organize and maintain soccer equipment
• -Assisting with setup, cleanup, and general camp operations
• -Ensuring a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for all campers
• -Encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun!

Qualities we are looking for:

• -Passionate about soccer, sports, and working with children
• -Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic team players
• -Responsible, reliable, and eager to learn
• -Committed to helping campers have a memorable summer experience

Eligibility: The eligibility criteria are:

• -Volunteers must be at least 14 years old by the start of their volunteer week.
• -Those aged 16+ may also be eligible for a Counsellor-in-Training (CIT) or Camp Counsellor position.
• -Volunteers aged 18 or older must submit a Police Background Check.
• -Volunteer spots are limited at each location—early applications are encouraged!
