Progressive Animal Welfare Services PAWS) is a SW Ontario based charity that aims to keep at-risk and low-income families in our communities safe, healthy and with their pets, through any crisis.
PAWS is looking for a Program Administrator who truly cares about animal welfare and is eager to join our remote team. Whether you're familiar with the local South West Ontario area or not, your dedication is what matters most to us. This position requires an estimated workload of 3 to 5 hours per week, and we kindly request that candidates have daytime availability and a flexible schedule to ensure responsiveness in case of emergencies.
Expected Duties Include:

Monitor and respond to incoming emails and requests.

Maintain and update Programs database

Resolve Client issues in a timely and courteous manner

Administrative support to support the Program Applications Team

Research related to program achievements.
