Full-time (35 hours per week) positions available in Sarnia and Lambton County.
Requirements – you must have:
- An undergraduate degree, graduate degree or Community College diploma in Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or a relevant field of study and a minimum of three years’ experience in a related Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant sector.
- Flexibility to work hours to accommodate clients’ needs may result in overtime.
- Reliable transportation to provide services in Sarnia and Lambton County areas. A vehicle is required.
- Must be able to provide in-person and some virtual services in Sarnia and Lambton County. Redeployment to the outside of Sarnia and Lambton County as needed.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Verification of car insurance for business use under your name or willing to obtain.
- Bilingual in French or other languages would be an asset.
- A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check is required.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Must be able to provide proof of two doses of COVID-19 vaccination or documentation of a medical exemption or reason related to protected grounds under theHuman Rights Code.
- First Aid and CPR certification is an asset and may be required, as applicable per program requirements.
Leads offers competitive salary packages, an incredible work environment, and career advancement opportunities. Salary ranges from $45,000 to$51,000 annually, immediate Employee Assistance Program and supplementary Health and Dental benefits with six months of service completion.
