There are three spotlight positions available for articles: one on the homepage, two on the member homepage.
Any piece of content can be published to these blocks, using the "promote to home page" checkmark. News items are expected, but it is not limited to that.
The three newest items that are "promoted" will be displayed: the top (newest) on the home page, the next two on the member homepage.
