Pillar Nonprofit Network championed the Ontario-wide ChangeTheWorld Youth Volunteer Challenge for the 2016 campaign, which ran from April 10th-May23rd. The local goals for the campaign were 2200 youth completing 6600 hours.
As people enter into retirement or transition in their lifecycle, many seek new options to engage in their communities and to maintain, grow or develop new skills. Volunteering is increasingly espoused as a retirement planning option, for it provides people with opportunities to stay active, learn, share and leave a legacy for future generations.

We are grateful to welcome these extraordinary volunteers to the Pillar Nonprofit Network team. Greg and Usha are both helping us to stay on top of our data entry and research, Bianca and Sarah are promoting our members on social media, Abdulla is involved in the VERGE program, Arash will be assisting with London's first Community Bond and Karen is signing up tenants for Innovation Works.
